• places may be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• confirmation will be provided by email
• we reserve the right to amend content, format, dates or delivery method where necessary

We may refuse or withdraw participation where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory or inconsistent with our values.



6. Fees, Payments and Refunds

Some services or events may require payment.
Details of fees, payment methods and any refund or cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the point of booking.

Unless stated otherwise:
• fees are non-refundable once a programme has commenced
• missed sessions are not refundable
• substitutions may be permitted at our discretion

All content on this website, including text, materials, logos, graphics, videos and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Learning-To-Learn CIC unless otherwise stated.

• view and download content for personal, non-commercial use
