Our Mission

Learning-To-Learn CIC exists to strengthen participation, progression and social mobility by connecting education, enterprise and community systems through trusted partnership ecosystems.

We work with learners, employers, universities, community organisations and public-sector partners to reduce barriers to participation and create accessible pathways into learning, employability and community engagement.

Through evidence-based programmes and collaborative delivery models, we help individuals build confidence, skills, networks and opportunities that support long-term personal and professional development.

was established from the belief that opportunity should not depend on background, circumstance or access to networks. Drawing on experience across enterprise, higher education and community engagement, we work to strengthen connections between people, organisations and communities, helping create the conditions for long-term participation, progression and positive social impact.

    From entrepreneurship to higher education, and from migration to community participation, Yee-Man's journey reflects the opportunities created through lifelong learning and social integration.

    These experiences inspired Learning-To-Learn CIC to help individuals, organisations and communities navigate trusted pathways into learning, employability and community participation.
